Fully Stocked Fridge

I'm very proud... I've never "detailed" a refrigerator before. Yesterday I took the entire thing apart, cleaned it, and put it back together. I even tricked it out with a pair of fresh 40w bulbs for that ultra bright and clean look everytime the door opens. Then, Mary and I took a trip over to the local market to stock it up with lots of healthy stuff. There really is life beyond takeout!

PS. yes that IS really 9 different kinds of mustard in the door on the right... we admit we have a problem.

So good to meet you both in person. You were glowing, and rubbing off on everyone at the booth! Thanks for giving me a chance to share. It was fun.

Your mustard collection is not complete until you have Raye's Jameson Tavern mustard. Next time I'm in Maine I'll bring a treat home for you.

A little mustard recipe for the newlyweds.....

1 Cup of your favorite Dijon mustard

3/4 Cup of Apricot preserves

1 of your favorite kielbasa

Grill your kielbasa or boil if you really have to. When done, slice into 2 inch pieces on a bias.
Spread out kielbasa on a serving plate.

For Mustard sauce:

On low-med heat, add mustard and preserves until fully melted and combined.

Pour over kielbasa and enjoy!

This is my all time party recipe for potluck! It is sure to be a hit!
